About
We believe. You achieve.
Bello Fitness exists to get Londoners who are out of work into fitness careers, using funding that means the training costs them nothing.
The founder
Seve's story
Nearly a decade ago, Seve Bello was offered a funded fitness course through a job centre. It changed the direction of his life, and he has spent the years since handing that same chance to others.
He founded Bello Fitness to support people referred by job centres: learners on benefits, people changing careers, and people with barriers to employment, including those who have been through the criminal justice system. Funding from job centres, local councils, colleges and charities means learners pay nothing.
The goal is bigger than a qualification. We mentor learners through the course, arrange guaranteed interviews with leading gyms, share candidates with recruitment teams at gyms like PureGym, and stay in touch until people are working.

Where we teach

Courses run at Fit For Life Youth Gym, 151 Freston Road, London W10 6TH. The gym belongs to Fit for Life Youth, a charity we work closely with: they fund learners, their CEO mentors many of them, and they have employed several of our graduates.
We are a YMCA Awards approved centre, and our partners range from Jobcentre Plus and Ingeus to the leading gym chains our graduates interview with.
