Our partners

Referral partners send us learners and fund their places. Gym partners interview and hire our graduates. Both sides of that relationship are why our learners end up in work.

Who we work with

Referral and funding partners

Jobcentre Plus

We have worked with job centres for around five years, and they now refer the majority of our candidates for both courses. Where possible they also fund places, with other learners funded through alternative routes. Work coaches across West and North West London know our courses and refer people directly.

Ingeus

Our partnership with Ingeus began two years ago with a handful of referrals, and has grown steadily since. Ingeus funds some learners directly and refers candidates to both our Level 2 and Level 3 courses.

Fit for Life Youth

Fit for Life Youth is the charity whose gym we teach in. They fund learners, and most years we run one or two fully funded courses together, supporting an entire cohort. Their CEO, Christopher Herbert, mentors many of our learners, and the charity has employed several of our graduates.

The results

What the partnership produces

Referrals come in from job centres and Ingeus; qualified graduates go out to interviews with London gyms. These are the placement rates for referred candidates who came through our courses:

Gym partners

Our graduates interview with leading London gyms. We share qualified candidates with recruitment teams, and gym representatives visit our Level 3 course to talk about working in the industry.
